We Are Full!
All of our exhibitor space for the 2012 St. Agnes Christmas Boutique is spoken for! We are looking forward to an excellent show. Please join us Sunday, November 4th from 10:00am to 4:00pm at St. Agnes School, 1800 Newburg Road for this wonderful hand-crafted event.

Load In Times
We will have two opportunities for exhibitors to load-in.
Saturday, November 3rd, 4-7p
Sunday beginning at 8am
We will keep strictly to these times, so plan accordingly. We do not hire security for our show, and the school will be locked/unlocked promptly at the scheduled times.
Additionally, we will have students assistance for load-in. However, it is limited, and not everyone will be able to have their own student to carry every box in for them. Again, we call upon your patience if you require assistance. St. Agnes does have an elevator, which is accessible through the back of the school at the Parish Center. The shortest route to the gymnasium, however, will be through the front of the school.
Lastly, I will forward the final floor plan to exhibitors only a day or two before the show. All tables inside the gym will be numbered with your name attached so there is not any confusion.
We are certainly looking forward to seeing everyone soon!

DESCRIPTION/EXCLUSIONS: A photograph/photocopy of the merchandise you intend to sell must
accompany this application if we do not previously have them. The
Boutique Committee reserves the right to make final decisions regarding all
items for sale. Exhibitors selling
the same type/category of products may be limited.
Applications will be accepted through Wednesday,
October 24, 2012. Our Boutique generally fills quickly so please submit your
application in a timely manner.
Exhibitors will be notified of their acceptance and booth assignments by
mail after November 1, 2012.
Cancellations must be received no later than October 31, 2012, in order
to receive a refund.

Hello Craftpersons and Artisans! It is hard to believe, but we are well on our way to the 27th annual St. Agnes Christmas Boutique. This year's event will be held Sunday(only), November 4th, 10am to 4pm. This blog has been created for exhibitors, and will be used to keep you informed of pertinent information and deadlines regarding this year's show.
